If you are comparing Seobility alternatives, start by identifying the job you need another tool to do. Seobility combines website auditing, rank monitoring, backlink analysis and keyword tools. Some alternatives offer a similar all-in-one workflow; others focus on one task, such as technical crawling or keyword research.
Seobility changed its paid plans and prices on 18 September 2026. Its current lineup includes Basic (free), Premium, Professional and Agency. That matters because older comparison pages may show previous prices or limits. I use the vendor’s current pricing information below and link to official pages so you can confirm details before buying.
Research note: I have not personally tested these products for this article. Product features, prices and plan limits are presented as vendor-published information unless explicitly labelled otherwise. My recommendations are editorial assessments based on the use cases described, not test results or client outcomes.
The Best Seobility Alternatives at a Glance
- Closest broad-platform alternatives: SE Ranking, Semrush, Ahrefs and Moz Pro.
- For technical crawling: Screaming Frog SEO Spider or Sitebulb, paired with a rank tracker if you need ranking data.
- For keyword research and rank tracking: Mangools may cover the jobs you use most, but check its audit requirements separately.
- If price is your only concern: compare Seobility’s current plan limits before switching; another tool may cost more once you add the capacity you need.
The table separates all-in-one platforms from specialist tools. It is a category comparison, not a ranking based on hands-on testing.

| Tool | Type | Consider it when | Main trade-off |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ahrefs | SEO platform | Backlink analysis and competitor research are priorities | Advanced research and broader usage can require a higher plan |
| Mangools | SEO tool suite | You mainly need keyword research, SERP analysis, rank tracking and backlink checks | It is not a like-for-like replacement for a full technical audit workflow |
| Moz Pro | SEO platform | You want keyword research, rank tracking, site crawling and on-page recommendations | Compare its current data limits and plan price with your actual workload |
| SE Ranking | SEO platform | You need audits, rank tracking, research and reporting in one account | Agency-facing white-label features are a separate Agency Pack |
| Semrush | SEO platform | Keyword and competitor research plus technical and on-page workflows matter | Its broader toolkit can cost more than a lightweight tool |
| Screaming Frog SEO Spider | Technical crawler | You need configurable site crawling and detailed technical checks | It does not replace ongoing rank tracking or broad keyword research |
| Sitebulb | Technical crawler | You want crawl analysis, prioritized hints and visual explanations | It is a crawler, not an all-in-one rank-tracking platform |

Why Look for a Seobility Alternative?
Seobility can remain a practical choice if its current project, keyword and crawl allowances match your needs. A switch makes more sense when you can identify a specific limitation that another product addresses.
1. The 2026 plan and price changes
Seobility says its Premium and Agency prices changed on 18 September 2026 and that it introduced a Professional plan between them. The vendor’s current monthly prices are €59.90 for Premium, €99.90 for Professional and €209.90 for Agency, before VAT where applicable. The official page also displays local currency pricing and annual-billing discounts. Check the amount shown for your country and billing term rather than converting a third-party price yourself.
2. Project, keyword or crawl limits
A plan can look inexpensive until you account for the number of websites, tracked keywords, pages per crawl and additional users you need. Seobility’s current paid plans include 3, 7 or 20 projects; 300, 700 or 2,000 tracked keywords; and 25,000, 50,000 or 100,000 pages per crawl, respectively. These are plan-level allowances, not a guarantee that every workflow will fit.
3. More specialized research or crawling
You may need a larger backlink database, deeper competitor research, a different keyword workflow or more control over how a website is crawled. Full SEO platforms and technical crawlers address different parts of that problem, so choose by function rather than feature count.

4. AI search features are not all the same
Be precise when comparing AI-related features. Seobility’s Ranking Monitoring includes Google AI Overview tracking. Its AI Readiness checks are part of Website Audit. Separate AI Visibility Tracking for platforms such as ChatGPT and Google AI Mode is labelled as coming soon on its pricing page. These are different functions: tracking whether an AI Overview appears for a keyword is not the same as measuring how often a brand is mentioned across AI assistants.
How to Choose the Right Seobility Alternative
Start with the features you actually use
List the Seobility workflows you rely on today. Include only the tasks you would genuinely pay to replace:
- Scheduled technical audits and issue monitoring
- Keyword rank tracking by search engine, location or device
- Backlink monitoring and competitor backlink research
- Keyword discovery and competitor keyword analysis
- On-page recommendations or content optimization
- Client access, scheduled reports or white-label reporting
- Google AI Overview monitoring or broader AI brand-mention tracking
If you mainly need one of these jobs, a specialist may be sufficient. If you rely on several of them in one workflow, compare full platforms first.

Full SEO platform vs technical crawler
A full SEO platform combines multiple workflows, commonly including keyword research, rank tracking, backlink analysis, competitor research and website auditing. Ahrefs, Moz Pro, SE Ranking and Semrush belong in this broad category.
A technical crawler discovers and analyzes URLs on a website. It can help identify broken links, redirects, metadata issues, canonicals, internal-link patterns and other crawl findings. Screaming Frog and Sitebulb are specialist crawlers. They can replace part of Seobility’s audit workflow, but they are not direct substitutes for its rank monitoring and keyword research.
For a wider overview of how I group SEO platforms, see SEO software alternatives.
Which type of tool fits your situation?

| Your situation | Start by comparing | Check before switching |
|---|---|---|
| You need a broader all-in-one workflow | SE Ranking, Semrush, Ahrefs or Moz Pro | Projects, keywords, crawl capacity, research limits and total price |
| Backlink and competitor data are the main gap | Ahrefs, Semrush or SE Ranking | Database coverage, reporting limits and the markets you target |
| Technical auditing is your main need | Screaming Frog or Sitebulb | Crawl size, JavaScript requirements and whether you need a separate rank tracker |
| Keyword research and rank tracking matter most | Mangools or a broader SEO platform | Keyword limits, location coverage and audit requirements |
| You manage several client websites | SE Ranking or Semrush | Seats, client access, white-label reporting and add-on costs |
| You want to spend as little as possible | Seobility Basic, Screaming Frog free and Google Search Console | Which functions you will lose, especially rank tracking |

Full SEO Platforms That Can Replace Seobility
These platforms cover several of the same broad SEO jobs as Seobility. Their data limits, interfaces and pricing models differ, so compare them using the same project and keyword requirements.
Ahrefs
Best for: backlink analysis and competitor research, with site auditing and rank-tracking tools also available.
- Vendor information: Ahrefs lists Site Explorer, Site Audit, Keywords Explorer, Rank Tracker and other tools across its product lineup.
- Free-account detail: Ahrefs says its free account includes six tools. For verified websites, Site Audit includes 5,000 crawl credits per month per project, while Site Explorer shows up to 1,000 backlinks and keywords at once. Access is limited compared with a paid subscription.
- Trade-off: Free-account access is not the same as unrestricted competitor research. Check which reports and usage allowances are available on the plan you are considering.
My recommendation: Put Ahrefs on your shortlist if backlink and competitor data are the main reasons you want to leave Seobility. It may be more than you need if your priority is simply a lightweight audit and rank tracker. See Mangools vs Ahrefs for a narrower comparison.
Official details: Ahrefs plans and what is included in a free Ahrefs account.
Moz Pro
Best for: teams that want keyword research, rank tracking, site crawling and on-page optimization guidance in one product.
- Vendor information: Moz Pro’s product materials describe keyword research, rank tracking, site crawling and page optimization features.
- What to verify: Check the current campaign, keyword and crawl limits, available search markets, reporting options and trial terms on Moz’s official pages.
- Trade-off: Recommendations still need to be evaluated and implemented on your website. A tool’s suggestions are not a guarantee of improved rankings.
My recommendation: Compare Moz Pro if you prefer guided optimization workflows and want several SEO tasks in one account. I would not call it the cheapest or strongest alternative without a like-for-like test of your own requirements.
Official details: Moz Pro features and plans.
SE Ranking
Best for: teams that want audits, rank tracking, keyword and competitor research, backlink tools and reporting in one platform.
- Vendor information: SE Ranking’s current Core plan is listed at $129 per month on monthly billing or $103.20 per month when billed annually. It includes 10 projects, one manager seat, 2,000 daily tracked keywords and 250,000 audited pages per month.
- Vendor information: Growth is listed at $279 per month or $223.20 per month when billed annually. It includes 30 projects, three manager seats, 5,000 daily tracked keywords and 2 million audited pages per month.
- Trial: SE Ranking advertises a 14-day free trial without requiring a credit card. It does not list a permanent full-platform free plan.
- Agency features: White-label tools and client-facing features are provided through the separate Agency Pack, which SE Ranking lists as starting from $69 per month with annual billing. Check its current inclusions and total cost.
My recommendation: SE Ranking is a relevant option if you have outgrown Seobility’s project, keyword or crawl limits and want several SEO workflows together. It is not automatically cheaper. Compare the full cost of the subscription, any Agency Pack, extra seats and add-ons against your actual usage. For more detail, see my SE Ranking review and SE Ranking pricing guide.
If you want to inspect the current offer, view SE Ranking plans and trial details (affiliate link), or use the official SE Ranking pricing page.
Semrush
Best for: teams that need keyword and competitor research alongside site auditing, rank tracking and on-page workflows.
- Vendor information: Semrush’s SEO Toolkit includes keyword research, position tracking, competitor analysis and Site Audit. Its published plan limits include monitored websites, tracked keywords, monthly crawl pages and report limits.
- Published price reference: Semrush currently lists SEO Toolkit Pro at $139.95 per month, Guru at $249.95 and Business at $499.95. The vendor advertises a seven-day free trial; check the checkout page for the offer and conditions available to you.
- Trade-off: The broader toolkit can be more than a small site needs. Extra capacity and team requirements can change the total cost.
My recommendation: Compare Semrush if research depth and a broad set of workflows matter more than keeping the subscription lightweight. If you mainly need technical crawling, a dedicated crawler may be a more focused choice. See my Semrush Site Audit guide and Mangools vs Semrush.
Official details: Semrush SEO Toolkit pricing and limits.
Specialized Tools That Replace One Seobility Job
These products are useful when you want to replace a specific workflow rather than the entire Seobility account.
Mangools
Best for: keyword research, SERP analysis and rank tracking, with backlink and website-analysis tools included in the suite.
- Vendor information: Mangools groups five SEO tools under one account: KWFinder (keyword research), SERPChecker (SERP analysis), SERPWatcher (rank tracking), LinkMiner (backlink analysis) and SiteProfiler (website analysis).
- Additional feature: Mangools also lists AI Search Watcher for monitoring brand mentions in AI assistants. Check the product’s current availability and plan requirements.
- Trade-off: Do not assume the suite replaces every technical-audit workflow in Seobility. Review the current feature list and plan limits, and use a dedicated crawler if your audit needs go beyond the available checks.
My recommendation: Mangools is worth comparing if keyword research and rank tracking are your main priorities. It may be a partial rather than complete replacement if you depend on scheduled technical audits or more extensive site crawling. See my Mangools review, Mangools pricing guide, Mangools vs Ahrefs and Mangools vs Semrush.
You can review current Mangools plans (affiliate link) or check the official Mangools website. Confirm the limits and feature coverage before subscribing.
Screaming Frog SEO Spider
Best for: technical SEO work that needs configurable crawling and detailed URL-level analysis.
- Vendor information: Screaming Frog SEO Spider crawls websites to identify issues such as broken links, redirects, metadata problems, duplicate pages and structured-data issues. Paid features include advanced configuration, crawl saving, JavaScript rendering and integrations.
- Free version: The free version is limited to 500 URLs per crawl. The vendor currently lists a licence at £199 per year; the price displayed may vary by currency.
- Trade-off: It is a crawler, not a complete replacement for keyword research, ongoing rank tracking or a broad backlink platform.
My recommendation: Consider Screaming Frog if technical crawling is the main Seobility function you need. Pair it with Google Search Console and a separate rank tracker if your workflow also requires performance and ranking data.
Official details: Screaming Frog SEO Spider pricing and feature limits.
Sitebulb
Best for: technical audits where issue prioritization, crawl visualization and clear reporting are important.
- Vendor information: Sitebulb offers website-crawling and audit software, with desktop and cloud options. Review the current product pages for crawl limits, rendering capabilities, reporting formats and subscription terms.
- Trade-off: Sitebulb is a specialist auditing product. It should not be treated as a replacement for a full platform’s keyword research or ongoing rank tracking.
My recommendation: Compare Sitebulb if your priority is understanding and communicating technical crawl findings. Check whether its desktop or cloud option better fits your workflow. My Sitebulb review covers the product in more detail.
Which Alternative Replaces Which Seobility Job?
This feature matrix is a high-level guide based on vendor product descriptions. “Partial” means the tool can address some aspects of the task but should not be treated as a full substitute. Confirm the exact feature and plan before purchasing.

| SEO task | Ahrefs | Moz Pro | SE Ranking | Semrush | Mangools | Screaming Frog | Sitebulb |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Technical site audit | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes | Check scope | Yes | Yes |
| Rank tracking | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes | No | No |
| Backlink analysis | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes | Integration / not core | Not core |
| Keyword research | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes | No | No |
| Competitor research | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes | Partial / tool-dependent | No | No |
| Technical crawl visualization | Limited / report-dependent | Check | Audit reports | Audit reports | Check | Yes | Yes |
| White-label client reporting | Check plan | Check plan | Agency Pack | Check plan | Check plan | Report exports; not a full rank-reporting suite | PDF audit reports |
| AI visibility features | Brand Radar / plan-dependent | Verify current offering | AI Visibility | AI visibility features | AI Search Watcher | Not a core function | Not a core function |
The broad platforms cover more of Seobility’s combined workflow. The crawlers focus on technical auditing, while Mangools concentrates on keyword, SERP, rank-tracking and backlink workflows. This is why a tool with fewer features may still be the better fit for a narrowly defined task.
Pricing and Plan Limits Compared
Prices below are vendor-published monthly prices checked on 7 November 2026. Annual-billing equivalents are shown separately where available. Currency, taxes, promotional offers and regional checkout terms can change the amount you pay. This is a reference snapshot, not a price guarantee.
| Tool | Published entry price | Trial or free access | Important qualification |
|---|---|---|---|
| Seobility | Premium €59.90/mo; Professional €99.90/mo; Agency €209.90/mo | Basic free; 14-day paid-plan trial | Prices shown before VAT where applicable; trial signup requires a payment method |
| SE Ranking | Core $129/mo or $103.20/mo billed annually; Growth $279/mo or $223.20/mo billed annually | 14-day trial; no card required | Agency Pack and extra seats may increase total cost |
| Semrush SEO Toolkit | Pro $139.95/mo; Guru $249.95/mo; Business $499.95/mo | Free tools and advertised 7-day trial | Confirm available trial and billing terms at checkout |
| Screaming Frog SEO Spider | £199 per licence per year | Free version up to 500 URLs per crawl | Licence is per user; displayed currency may vary |
| Ahrefs | Check current Starter and paid plan pricing | Free account with restricted access | Free-account features require verified site ownership for some tools |
| Moz Pro | Check current official pricing | Check current trial availability | Plan limits and price can vary by billing term |
| Mangools | Check current official pricing | Check current free limits and trial terms | Compare tool-specific usage limits, not just the starting price |
| Sitebulb | Check current desktop and cloud pricing | Check current trial terms | Desktop and cloud plans may have different limits |
For Seobility, the current Basic plan includes one website project, 10 tracked keywords, five daily tool credits, a limited Website Audit, up to 100 pages per crawl and three AI prompts. Premium includes three projects, 300 keywords and 25,000 pages per crawl; Professional includes seven projects, 700 keywords and 50,000 pages per crawl; Agency includes 20 projects, 2,000 keywords and 100,000 pages per crawl.
Before comparing prices, calculate your actual requirements: number of projects, tracked keywords, crawl pages, team seats, reporting needs and billing period. A lower starting price does not necessarily mean a lower total cost.
Free and Budget-Friendly Seobility Alternatives
If cost is the main reason for switching, consider whether a combination of free tools can cover the tasks you need. A free combination usually replaces fewer functions than a paid all-in-one platform.
- Seobility Basic: includes one project, 10 tracked keywords, five daily tool credits and a 100-page crawl allowance. It may be enough for a small site with modest requirements.
- Screaming Frog free: crawls up to 500 URLs per crawl and can identify many technical issues. Some advanced features are restricted without a licence.
- Google Search Console: provides Google Search performance and indexing information for verified properties. It is not a general-purpose crawler or a full rank-tracking platform.
- Ahrefs free account: includes restricted access to six tools. Site Audit offers 5,000 crawl credits per month per verified project, and Site Explorer has limited report access.
- Semrush free access: Semrush provides free tools, but their limits differ from the paid SEO Toolkit. Check the current account and product limits before relying on them.
My recommendation: for a small website, start with Google Search Console and a free crawler, then identify whether you truly need paid keyword tracking or backlink research. Explore my guide to free SEO tools for more no-cost options.
Seobility vs Semrush and SE Ranking
Seobility vs Semrush
The main difference is breadth and scale. Seobility combines core auditing, rank monitoring and backlink workflows in a more focused product. Semrush’s SEO Toolkit includes broader keyword and competitor research, site auditing and position tracking, with published plan limits that scale across websites, keywords and crawl pages. Compare the exact limits you need rather than assuming the broader product will be better for every site.
Seobility vs SE Ranking
These products are closer in overall scope because both combine website auditing and rank monitoring with additional SEO research and reporting workflows. SE Ranking’s current Core and Growth plans publish higher project and keyword allowances than Seobility Premium, but their prices and included features differ. Agency-focused white-label features in SE Ranking are part of the separate Agency Pack. Compare the full subscription cost and limits before deciding whether it is a suitable replacement.
I have not run a controlled comparison of the platforms, so I am not presenting user-review scores as proof that one tool performs better. Ratings on review directories reflect the opinions and experiences of their respondents and can change over time.
Should You Switch? What to Check First
When staying with Seobility makes sense
Staying may be reasonable if your sites fit the current plan limits, the audit and rank-monitoring features cover your workflow, and you do not need deeper competitor research or a specialist crawler. A switch can add cost and migration work without solving a meaningful problem. Check the official Seobility pricing page before making a decision.
A practical switching checklist
- Record your current projects, tracked keywords, locations, devices and crawl schedules.
- Export the reports and data Seobility makes available in your account. Confirm export options before assuming that all history can be moved.
- Ask the replacement vendor whether it can import your projects, keywords or ranking history.
- Run the new tool alongside Seobility on one representative website during the trial period.
- Compare crawl findings, tracked positions, keyword data and report quality using the same settings where possible.
- Check seats, add-ons, annual billing, cancellation terms and renewal dates.
- Do not cancel the old subscription until you have confirmed that the replacement covers the workflows you need.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the best alternative to Seobility?
There is no single best option for every user. SE Ranking, Semrush, Ahrefs and Moz Pro are broad platforms to compare if you need several SEO workflows in one account. Screaming Frog and Sitebulb are more focused on technical crawling, while Mangools is centered on keyword research, SERP analysis, rank tracking, backlinks and website analysis.
Is there a free alternative to Seobility?
There are free tools that replace parts of Seobility. Screaming Frog’s free version crawls up to 500 URLs per crawl, Google Search Console provides Google Search performance and indexing data, and Ahrefs offers a restricted free account for verified websites. These options do not combine every Seobility function in one free account.
Which Seobility alternative is closest in scope?
SE Ranking, Semrush, Ahrefs and Moz Pro are the broad-platform options in this comparison. They combine multiple SEO workflows, but their feature sets and plan limits are not identical. Compare the functions and usage allowances you actually need.
Can Screaming Frog or Sitebulb replace Seobility?
They can replace parts of Seobility’s website-audit workflow, but they are not direct replacements for its rank monitoring and broader SEO research. You may need a separate rank tracker or SEO platform.
Which Seobility alternative is suitable for agencies?
SE Ranking and Semrush are reasonable starting points to compare for agency workflows. Check the number of projects, manager seats, client access, scheduled reports and white-label features. SE Ranking’s Agency Pack is a separate add-on, so include it in the total cost if you need its client-facing features. See my SEO software for agencies guide.
Can I transfer my Seobility ranking history to another tool?
Do not assume that ranking history will transfer automatically. Check what data Seobility lets you export and ask the new vendor which formats it can import. Confirm this before cancelling your existing account.
Is Seobility still worth using after its 2026 price changes?
It may still fit if the current plan limits and price match your workload. The Basic plan remains free, while paid plans now include Premium, Professional and Agency tiers. Compare your actual project, keyword and crawl requirements with the current official pricing page.
Does Seobility track Google AI Overviews?
Yes. Seobility’s current pricing information describes AI Overview tracking within Ranking Monitoring. Its AI Readiness checks are part of Website Audit. Separate AI Visibility Tracking across AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Google AI Mode is labelled as coming soon, so do not treat that feature as generally available until the vendor confirms its release.
Final Recommendations
Choose a Seobility alternative based on the function you need to replace, not the number of features in a product brochure.
- Need a broader all-in-one workflow: compare SE Ranking, Semrush, Ahrefs and Moz Pro using your actual usage limits.
- Need stronger technical crawling: compare Screaming Frog and Sitebulb, and plan for a separate rank tracker if required.
- Need keyword research and rank tracking: evaluate Mangools’ tools and confirm whether its audit coverage is sufficient.
- Only concerned about cost: check Seobility’s current Basic and paid plans before switching. A replacement may not reduce your total spend.
Where a trial is available, test the product on a real website with the same settings and tasks you currently use. For a broader comparison of SEO platforms, read my guide to the best SEO software.
How I Researched This Page
