SEORAF provides a suite of specialized digital marketing, SEO, and SaaS affiliate services. Our offerings include, but are not limited to:

• Comprehensive SEO Optimization: Expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to enhance your digital presence.
• Analytics & Performance Reporting: In-depth tracking and insightful reporting for websites and marketing campaigns.
• Strategic Content Creation: Development of SEO-driven content, including blog posts, tutorials, and product reviews.
• Professional Site Audits: Thorough website analysis with actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Affiliate & SaaS Promotion: Partner marketing services, unbiased reviews, and referral program management (including PartnerStack).

Detailed specifications for each service are outlined in individual client agreements or partnership contracts.

As a user or partner of SEORAF, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for the delivery of our services.
• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
• Using our services exclusively for lawful and ethical purposes.
• Respecting the intellectual property rights of both SEORAF and third parties.
• Complying with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
• Refraining from any activity that interferes with or disrupts the functionality, security, or integrity of our website or services.

For our Partners: All promotional activities must adhere strictly to SEORAF’s ethical guidelines and all relevant advertising laws.

• All service fees and partner commissions are quoted and payable in United States Dollars (USD), unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
• Specific payment schedules and terms are detailed in your individual service or partnership agreement.
• Standard invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date.
• Refunds, credits, or adjustments are handled in accordance with our standalone Refund Policy.
• All financial transactions are processed securely through reputable, encrypted payment gateways to ensure your data is protected.

All content on the SEORAF website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and materials, is the exclusive property of SEORAF and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

Upon full payment or fulfillment of the agreement, ownership of client-specific deliverables or partner-created content may be transferred to the client or partner, as stipulated in the contract.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of SEORAF’s proprietary content is strictly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of services or partnership, and may result in legal action.

Data scraping, copying, or extracting any portion of our website without express written permission is forbidden.

To ensure a secure and fair environment for all users, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using any automated tools, such as bots, scrapers, or crawlers, to access or data-mine the platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access, hack, disrupt, or interfere with our website, servers, or services.
• Uploading or transmitting any malicious code, viruses, or malware.
• Engaging in any form of deceptive, fraudulent, or spam activity.
• Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of SEORAF or any third party.

Violations of these rules, especially by partners, will result in immediate account termination and removal from all affiliate programs.

• SEORAF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• We are not responsible for service interruptions, downtime, or data loss caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
• SEORAF is not liable for the actions, inactions, or policies of third-party platforms, websites, or services that may impact your website or campaigns.
• Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. SEORAF explicitly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We make no guarantees or promises regarding specific search engine rankings, campaign performance metrics, or outcomes on third-party platforms.

SEORAF does not guarantee any specific level of revenue or profit from affiliate or partner programs.

SEORAF reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account or partnership agreement immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Materially breach any of the terms outlined in this agreement.
• Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities.
• Fail to pay any outstanding fees when due.
• Violate the intellectual property rights of SEORAF or others.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of SEORAF services and materials. Individuals or entities whose accounts have been terminated are prohibited from creating new accounts without obtaining express written consent from SEORAF.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

SEORAF reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any revisions.

Your continued use of our website and services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. For any material changes, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you via email or by posting a prominent notice on our website.
