Quick answer: SE Ranking pricing in 2026 starts with Core at $129 a month when billed monthly, or an effective $103.20 a month when billed annually ($1,238.40 charged upfront). Growth is $279 a month when billed monthly, or an effective $223.20 a month when billed annually ($2,678.40 charged upfront). Enterprise is custom-priced. Figures are as of October 5, 2026.
- A 14-day free trial is offered with no credit card required, at lower caps than Core.
- Main caveats: annual plans are paid upfront, payments are generally non-refundable, and keyword limits count keyword–search engine combinations, not unique keywords.
- Prices are in USD from SE Ranking’s US-English pricing page and may differ by region.
How to read this page: “Stated by SE Ranking” marks information from SE Ranking’s own pages. “Derived” and “SEORAF calculation” mark arithmetic I did from those prices. “My analysis” marks my opinion. I have not tested the software hands-on, so this page says nothing about data accuracy or day-to-day usability.
SE Ranking Pricing at a Glance
| Plan | Monthly billing | Annual billing: effective monthly price | Annual billing: charged upfront (12 × effective price) | Best for (my analysis) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Core | $129/month | $103.20/month | $1,238.40 | One person or a small team with a limited number of sites |
| Growth | $279/month | $223.20/month | $2,678.40 | Multi-client work and shared access |
| Enterprise | Custom quote | Custom quote | Custom quote | Teams needing limits or terms beyond Growth |
SE Ranking lists annual billing at 20% below monthly billing (savings are broken down in the billing section below). To compare these figures with the live plans, visit SE Ranking (affiliate link) or open the official pricing page.
SE Ranking Core: Price, Limits and Who It Fits
Stated by SE Ranking: Core is the entry-level self-serve plan at $129 a month billed monthly, or an effective $103.20 a month billed annually. SE Ranking describes it as SEO and GEO (generative engine optimization, meaning AI-search visibility) for marketing teams with repeatable delivery. Its headline allowances are 10 projects, 1 manager seat, 2,000 tracked keyword–search engine combinations per day and 100 tracked AI prompts per day.
Limitations: one seat, 10 projects and up to six months of history in the research tools. SE Ranking lists guest links, page changes monitoring and dedicated customer support as Growth additions. White-label reporting requires the paid Agency Pack.
My analysis: Core fits you if most of these apply:
- You work alone, so one manager seat is enough.
- You manage 10 or fewer projects.
- Your tracked keyword–search engine combinations stay comfortably under 2,000 once you count every location and engine.
- Six months of history in the research tools is enough.
Consider Growth when you regularly hit the seat, project, keyword or prompt limits, and the extras you would add to Core cost more than the plan gap. That gap is $120 a month at annual-billing prices and $150 at monthly-billing prices (derived).
SE Ranking Growth: Price, Limits and Who It Fits
Stated by SE Ranking: Growth is $279 a month billed monthly, or an effective $223.20 a month billed annually. SE Ranking describes it as automation and collaboration for multi-client SEO and GEO. Its headline allowances are 30 projects, 3 manager seats, 5,000 tracked keyword–search engine combinations per day and 250 tracked AI prompts per day. It adds full history in the research tools, guest links, page changes monitoring and dedicated customer support.
Limitations: the higher price is only worthwhile if you use the extra capacity. White-label reporting still requires the Agency Pack.
My analysis: Growth fits you if you serve several clients, share the account with two or three people, or need guest links, page changes monitoring or full history. If your usage sits well inside Core’s limits, the extra features alone are rarely a reason to pay the difference.
SE Ranking Enterprise: Custom Pricing and When It Makes Sense
Stated by SE Ranking: Enterprise is the custom tier. The pricing page lists flexible terms, custom limits and pricing, and full API and advanced integrations, handled through “Talk to sales”. SE Ranking’s help center documents two specific allowances: 100,000 monthly Data API credits for Growth and Enterprise (API pricing), and full historical access in the research tools for both (historical data).
Limitations: SE Ranking does not publish Enterprise pricing or its other limits, so this page does not list them. Treat any Enterprise price quoted elsewhere as unconfirmed unless it comes from an actual quote.
My analysis: Ask for a quote if your needs exceed Growth’s limits or require terms the standard plans do not offer. Bring your real numbers: projects, seats, tracked keyword–engine combinations, audit volume and API needs.
What Each SE Ranking Plan Includes
Listed on both Core and Growth:
- Rank tracking across major search engines.
- Keyword, competitor and backlink research, which SE Ranking describes as unlimited. Export rows and some other allowances still have caps (see the limits table).
- Website and on-page audit.
- Integrations with Looker Studio (listed as Data Studio), Matomo, Google Analytics and Google Search Console, plus MCP access.
- AI-search tracking: daily prompt tracking, five large language models, unlimited AI source tracking and AI competitive research.
- Content marketing and local marketing tools. The billing FAQ says both are included by default in Core, Growth and Enterprise, with extra capacity sold separately.
Growth adds: historical data across the project lifetime, guest links, page changes monitoring and dedicated customer support.
Not confirmed here: the comparison table also lists items such as Google Top 100 tracking and Share of Voice, but I could not confirm from the page text which plan includes each, so check the live table. The pricing page does not name the five large language models covered by the plan-level AI tracking either.
SE Ranking says you cannot buy individual features from a higher tier. Higher tiers unlock feature sets, while add-ons and extra limits expand capacity.
SE Ranking Plan Limits and Allowances
| Allowance | What the number counts | Core | Growth |
|---|---|---|---|
| Projects | Projects in the account | 10 | 30 |
| Manager seats | Users with manager access | 1 | 3 |
| Tracked keywords | Keyword–search engine combinations, per day | 2,000 | 5,000 |
| AI prompts tracked | Prompts, per day | 100 | 250 |
| Large language models tracked | Models | 5 | 5 |
| AI competitive research | Domains | 5 | 15 |
| Website audit capacity | Pages (time period unclear; see note) | 250,000 | 2 million |
| Audit pages per project | Pages in one project | 250,000 | 1 million |
| Content marketing articles | Articles (period not stated; see note) | 25 | 50 |
| Local marketing locations | Locations | 3 | 3 |
| Local and map rank-tracking keywords | Keywords | 1,500 | 1,500 |
| Report Builder reports | Reports | 10 | 30 |
| Data export | Rows | 50,000 | 100,000 |
| Research API credits | Credits, per month | 25,000 | 100,000 |
| Historical data in research tools | History window | Up to 6 months | Full history |
Content articles: 25 content marketing articles on Core and 50 on Growth. SE Ranking’s pricing page does not state the time period, so readers should confirm the current allowance on the live pricing page.
Audit capacity: Website audit capacity of 250,000 pages on Core and 2 million on Growth. SE Ranking’s plan summary describes this as “pages per month”, while its comparison table says “per account”, so readers should check how the allowance applies on the live pricing page.
Research API credits: SE Ranking’s API documentation describes the credits included in paid plans as available for testing, so treat them as a starter allowance.
Historical data: the Core and Growth figures come from SE Ranking’s help center for Competitive Research and Organic SERP History. The pricing page separately lists “historical data across project lifetime” as a Growth addition. I have not confirmed how project rank history differs between plans.
How the keyword limit is counted
SE Ranking counts tracked keywords as keyword–search engine combinations. For example, tracking one keyword in two countries uses two units of your daily allowance, not one. A “search engine” here means the engine plus the country or region and the language. The limit is shared across the whole account, and deactivated projects still count until you delete their keywords or the projects (billing FAQ). Count combinations, not terms, when you size a plan.

Monthly vs Annual Billing
Annual billing is listed at 20% below the monthly price, but the full year is charged upfront. The “annual” prices in this article are effective monthly prices, not what you pay each month.
| Plan | 12 months on monthly billing (derived) | Annual billing, paid upfront (derived) | Difference (derived) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Core | $1,548.00 | $1,238.40 | $309.60 |
| Growth | $3,348.00 | $2,678.40 | $669.60 |

- SE Ranking says annual plans include free assisted migration from another platform. Monthly subscribers can use self-serve import options.
- For an annual commitment with a different payment schedule, such as quarterly payments, SE Ranking says to contact sales. It does not promise this.
- You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from billing settings. The system calculates the price difference. A downgrade leaves the unused balance as credit on your Stripe account for future SE Ranking purchases. If the billing period is unchanged, the end date stays the same.
Free Trial, Cancellation and Refunds
Free trial
SE Ranking offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. It is described as fully functional but runs at starter caps: up to 10 projects, 750 tracked keywords per day, 20 AI prompts per day, and AI competitive research for up to 3 domains. Those caps are lower than Core’s, so the trial shows the workflow, not the full plan limits. It does not convert into a paid subscription automatically, and you are not charged when it ends. Terms can change, so visit SE Ranking to check the current trial options (affiliate link).
Cancellation
SE Ranking’s cancellation guide says to go to Billing, then Current plan, then Cancel subscription, and complete the final confirmation. Auto-renewal stops immediately and access continues until the end of the paid period. Projects are then kept inactive for 60 days. Cancelling does not delete your account. Add-ons bought in a bundle with the main plan are cancelled with it, while separately bought add-ons must be cancelled individually (cancellation guide).
Refunds
SE Ranking’s published policy states that payments are non-refundable, except where the service was not delivered as promised or a special promotion says otherwise, and that its support team reviews individual cases. “Cancel anytime” refers to stopping renewal, not to a refund of unused time, which matters most on annual billing. I have not reviewed the full Terms of Use, so read them before paying.
SE Ranking Add-ons and Extra Costs
Extra capacity
These are “from” prices in the US view. The pricing page does not state pack sizes or the billing basis, so confirm both on your account’s Billing page before buying.
| Extra | Core | Growth |
|---|---|---|
| Extra manager seats | From $16 | From $16 |
| Extra keywords | From $22.40 | From $32 |
| Extra local marketing locations | From $18.40 | From $18.40 |
| Extra content articles | From $39.20 | From $39.20 |
Agency Pack (white-label reporting)
The Agency Pack is a paid add-on that adds white-label reporting and client-facing tools. It is listed at +$69 a month on the 30-project tier, with annual billing only. SE Ranking’s billing FAQ says it is available only with annual Core, Growth or Enterprise plans and is billed annually together with the main subscription. Trial accounts can access it during the trial. White-label reporting is not part of base Core.
The pack lists white label for the platform and reporting, unlimited scheduled reporting and AI summaries, Agency Catalog placement and a Lead Generator. The 30-project tier lists 30 client seats; larger tiers exist, but their seat details should be confirmed on the current Agency Pack page. I could not see prices for the 50- and 100-project tiers.
AI Search add-on
Listed at $71.20 a month on annual billing, with $89 also shown on the page for the 200-prompt tier. The page does not explain how the two figures differ, so confirm the current price and billing presentation on the live page. Larger tiers of 450 and 1,000 prompts are available. The add-on also includes access to SE Visible, SE Ranking’s AI visibility dashboard, and lists an AI Results Tracker covering AI Overviews, AI Mode, Perplexity and ChatGPT. Do not assume these add-on prompts automatically stack with the daily prompts included in the core plans unless SE Ranking explicitly confirms that.
API add-on and standalone API plan
The API add-on is listed at +$45 a month with annual billing only, for the 3 million credit tier. Tiers of 12 million and 60 million credits exist, but I could not see their prices. It covers the Backlinks, Domain Analysis, Keyword Research, AI Search and Website Audit APIs. SE Ranking also sells a standalone API plan from $179 a month, annual billing only, through sales. Its documentation says this package needs no active SE Ranking subscription and starts with a 14-day trial that includes 100,000 free API credits.
Taxes, payment methods and discount codes
- VAT is added for customers in EU countries and the UK, unless a valid business VAT ID is entered at checkout.
- Payments run through Stripe: cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link. Bank transfer and Direct Debit depend on your country. PayPal is not available.
- Checkout has a coupon field. I have not verified any specific code, so do not assume one exists.
Is SE Ranking Pricing Good Value? A Cost-per-Capacity View
This table is a SEORAF calculation (derived) from list prices on annual billing. It divides each plan’s effective monthly price by its listed allowances.
| Measure | Core | Growth |
|---|---|---|
| Effective monthly price | $103.20 | $223.20 |
| Per daily keyword–search engine combination | about $0.052 | about $0.045 |
| Per project | $10.32 | $7.44 |
| Per manager seat | $103.20 | $74.40 |
| Per daily AI prompt | about $1.03 | about $0.89 |
Growth costs about 2.2 times as much as Core. In return it offers 2.5 times the keyword and prompt allowance, 3 times the projects and seats, and 8 times the listed audit capacity.
Per unit of allowance, Growth costs less than Core, but that only matters if you would actually use the extra capacity. If you are not hitting Core’s limits, there is no reason to upgrade.
Price per unit does not measure data quality, accuracy, usability or workflow quality, and I have not assessed any of them. Add-ons can also narrow the gap between the plans.
Is SE Ranking worth the price?
That depends on how much of a plan you will use and whether the data and workflow suit you, which only a test on your own sites can show. For a broader view of features and strengths, see our SE Ranking review. For other tools’ prices side by side, see our SEO software pricing overview.

What Does SE Ranking Cost for Different Users?
| Setup | Calculation | Effective monthly total |
|---|---|---|
| Solo site owner or small team (Core) | $103.20 | $103.20 |
| Freelancer sending branded client reports (Core + Agency Pack, 30-project tier) | $103.20 + $69 | $172.20 |
| Small agency or shared team (Growth) | $223.20 | $223.20 |
| Agency with white-label reporting (Growth + Agency Pack, 30-project tier) | $223.20 + $69 | $292.20 |
| Large team with custom needs (Enterprise) | Quote | Custom |
The Agency Pack requires annual billing, which is why every row uses annual prices. On monthly billing, the plan alone is $129 (Core) or $279 (Growth) a month. Before choosing, list your sites, tracked keyword–location combinations, seats and reporting needs, then price any extras against the plan gap.
Older SE Ranking Plans
Essential, Pro and Business were SE Ranking’s older plans. Its Help Center says they are no longer available for new subscriptions and remain active only for existing users, and they no longer appear on the pricing page. I could not find an official date for the change, and third-party pages disagree, so this page does not give one. Existing customers should check their account’s Billing page for their own plan’s terms. If an article quotes prices from the older plans, treat them as outdated.
SE Ranking Alternatives
This is a short decision guide, not a ranked list. SEORAF has not verified competitor prices or features for this article.
- Comparing all-in-one platforms: Semrush and Ahrefs are two tools buyers commonly compare with SE Ranking. Check each vendor’s official pricing page and match limits such as tracked keywords, projects and seats, not just the headline price.
- Only need search performance data for sites you own: Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools are free, though they do not replace a paid all-in-one suite.
- Only need technical crawling: a dedicated site crawler may be enough.

Final Verdict
SE Ranking pricing comes down to two self-serve plans and a custom tier. Core costs $129 a month billed monthly or an effective $103.20 on annual billing, and suits one person with a limited number of sites. Growth costs $279 or an effective $223.20, and suits multi-client work or shared access. Enterprise is for needs beyond Growth.
The costs most likely to change your total are the keyword–search engine counting, annual-only add-ons such as the Agency Pack for white-label reports, extra seats and keywords, annual prepayment and the limited refund policy. Use the trial on your own sites before paying, and confirm figures on the live pricing page, because prices and limits change. No SEO tool guarantees rankings, traffic or revenue.

How this page was verified
Pricing, limits, billing, trial, cancellation and refund information comes from SE Ranking’s official pages, checked October 5, 2026:

Calculations are SEORAF’s own arithmetic from those prices. Analysis and fit guidance are my opinion, not SE Ranking’s statements. I have not tested the software, the affiliate link’s destination or SE Ranking’s data accuracy. Not confirmed: prices in other regions, which plans include Google Top 100 tracking and Share of Voice, the names of the five AI platforms tracked in the plans, Agency Pack and API prices beyond the first tier, and the full Terms of Use.
SEORAF is an independent SEO resource, not an agency, and does not sell rankings. It may earn a commission on some SE Ranking sign-ups through links marked “affiliate link”. Commissions do not change the figures reported here.
